Well,essentially this is true and our house in Wainscott is one of the many villages that make up East Hampton.The nice thing about Wainscott is the rural feel of the place.The man who farms the acres of farm fields right on the way to the beach is still there, selling his fresh fruits and vegetables in the summer and his pumpkins in the Fall. Most homes south of the highway are on an acre or more and are wooded so everyone has privacy.
Our three bedroom , two bath International style home is modern with a 2 story open living room and a balcony which gives the feeling of space.The whole house was remodeled with new furniture, new floors,rugs, bed treatments,lamps, art work and granite countertops installled in the kitchen. The house looks wonderful and is very comfortable with a new flat screen TV, cable, a new entertainment center,new couches,etc.
