Our Home
Perched on a hill with 180 degree ocean views, our 4 bedroom home is a perfect example of Australian beachside living. We have our own pool and we are within walking distance of two of the many beaches in the Central Coast area. Our home has three ensuite bedrooms another double bedroom with a further family bathroom and one more shower room. The playroom has a home cinema system and games consoles. This room has a pulldown queensize wall bed and a set of bunks and it's own shower room. We have an extensive balcony, complete with barbecue, which overlooks the oval pool. Our garden is easy care and looked after by a gardening service. We have 2 cars including a 7-seater which can be included in the exchange. Smokers are welcome to do so outside.

Our Neighborhood
Terrigal, at the centre of the 'Scenic Central Coast' is a beautiful Australian beach village. In fact, many Sydneysiders come here every weekend to their holiday homes. The beaches at Terrigal and Wamberal are two of many to explore in the area. Apart from beach activites there are a myriad of activities available. Tennis, golf, horse riding and of course wine tasting in the nearby Hunter Valley Wine region. The climate is warm all year round with the highest temperatures in Dec/Jan. For 4WD enthuasiasts there are numerous trails in the surrounding National Parks. All water activities are available locally including a dive centre, boat hire board hire etc. We are also within easy reach of Sydney either by car or on the train from Gosford (12kms away). There are several excellent golf courses in the surrounding area and in the Hunter Valley.

We would like an exchange in Dublin 2,4 or 6 or a large property in Europe to accomodate our extended Irish family as well. Our dates are Christmas 2013 and new year 2014.

We are a family of four, Michael and Lorraine and our 2 children James aged 20 and Conor aged 17.We have a gorgeous, housetrained dog called Brambles. Michael is an IT consultant and Lorraine is a medical practice manager. We moved here from Ireland in October 2004 and are really relishing our life in Australia. The boys are involved in many sporting activities and we all take full advantage of our proximity to the ocean. We are very proud of our home and will treat yours with equal regard. Though our house is very modern in style, we are used to period homes as we lived in one in Dublin.
