Our Home
Our house is a 2-floor provencale-style bastide of 135 sqrm including 4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, and a pleasant outdoor situation with 2 terrasses with a view on the mountains and a close-by ski resort. The large 3000sqrm garden remain mainly a pinewood except for the lawn and a vegetable garden hopefully growing fruits and tomatoes for you. The kids can enjoy their play house, swing, trempolin, a pool, or simply the open space.

Our place is nearby Valbonne Village and 15 kms away from the beach. Valbonne is a very beautiful old village from 13th century. You can enjoy the restaurants and the "provencal" market every friday morning. We have all the commerces 3 mn driving from home.
You can enjoy biking, hiking, swimming (sea or pool) , golf, tennis, and more. We are 30mn from Nice, 15 mn from Cannes Grasse Mougins Antibes Biot, 60mns from Monaco StTropez and Italy border.

- 3 weeks in summer July-August 2013 in our preferrred destination (Crotia,Slovenia Spain), but open to consider any other destination
- a convenient place for skiing during one week in february/march during French school holidays. French Riviera has a nice weather during February-March, hosting Nice "carnaval", blooming mimosas,...
- a week during christmas holidays
- as well as any short distance destination for long weekends.

We are Marie-Laure and Jean-Pierre. Jean-Pierre is an electronic engineer and Marie-Laure is hosting art classes with kids . We have adorable twin girls, Emma and Elise, 14 year old and also a sweet cat named "noisette" which is always outside during summertime.
We used to travel of lot, but have been restricting ourselves to France in the past years, and are now enjoying to travel abroad again with our daughters, mainly Europe for now.
We started to exchange in 2006 and always enjoyed the contact and experience.
