The Home
Park City Utah home located in the golf course community of Jeremy Ranch. Some of the best skiing in the country can be found in Park City. The Canyons, Park City, and Deer Valley Ski Resorts are all within minutes - (At most, The Canyons 10 min, Park City Mtn. Resort 15 min., and Deer Valley 20 min.). There is also a great sled (tubing) park less than 5 minutes from the house. The famous Main Street (best known for The Sundance Film Festival) has lots of neat restaurants and specialty shops. In addition, Salt Lake City has incredible skiing to offer at Alta, Snowbird, Brighton, and Solitude Ski Resorts. These are all located within 45 minutes. The house is also an easy 35 minute drive from the airport.
The house is 3700 sq. feet and has four bedrooms and three and a half baths. It will comfortably sleep 8. There are two bedrooms upstairs and two downstairs. The master suite has a King sized bed with a memory foam mattress pad for added comfort. It also has a fireplace (one of three) and an oversized shower and jacuzzi tub. The kids bedroom has two single beds and a seperate little playroom full of toys. The main guestroom has a queen size bed and is joined by a Jack and Jill full bath to the other guest room/office which has a full-sized bed and a computer with high speed internet. The kitchen is very spacious and is open to the dining room. It has professional appliances, a wine fridge, ice machine and a Jura Capresso Cappuccino Machine. The great room has vaulted ceilings and comfortable, designer furnishings. There is a TV/DVD player and Tivo in the great room and a big screen TV upstairs in the family room which also has a DVD player and Tivo. There is a Wii and an X-BOX 360 in the family room upstairs.
The home has radiant heat, so the floors are always warm and the house feels cozy in the winter.
