Our home is on its own lot that backs up to a small pond. The back yard is fenced in, and there is a screened in patio.
Open floor plan with a living room, dining room. Three bedrooms (two are children's) plus a den that has a pull out sofa.

We are in the Village of Royal Palm Beach, which is just west of West Palm Beach. The neighborhood consists of single family homes on 1/4 acre lots. It has it's own heated pool, tennis and basketball courts. Also backs up to a nature preserved with hiking trails. Close to many great beaches in Palm Beach, Jupiter, Juno, Lake Worth, Delray, Peanut Island, with crystal clear water for snorkeling, boating, great fishing, diving, kayaking, biking etc. Close to many museums (Norton Art, Flagler, Morikami Japanease Gardens, 2 State Parks (MacArthur, Dickinson) , Lion Country Safari, Palm Beach Zoo, Kennel Club, Botanical Gardens, Butterfly World, Shopping includes Wellington Mall, Gardens Mall, Famous Worth Ave in Palm Beach, City Place in Downtown WPB. Arts include Kravis Performing Arts Center, Four Arts Center, Palm Beach Opera, Spring Training, Wellington Polo. Within driving distance to Ft. Lauderdale, Miami or day trip to the Florida Keys.

Needs to fit in with the children's school schedule.

We are mainly looking to stay in the states to keep costs low. In the past we have traded some warm Florida winter sunshine for a nice snow vacation for the family or during the summer some beach time for some mountains time in Georgia, Tennessee and N. Carolina. Trade length up to two weeks.Usually during spring break, or summer time.

We are Jeff, Maria, Sarah & Daniel. Jeff is an engineer at the local electric power company. Maria works at the private school the children attend. Sarah is 14 and Daniel is 12.
