In the Southern Coast of Spain, Marbella is surrounded by several, first class golf courses and offers one of the best quality, high style, all year living. Off the living room there is a rather cozy room with a double bed convertible sofa.

Access to this exclusive gardened condominium, located on Marbella’s “GOLDEN BLOCK” and 100 meters from the beach, is through 4 highly protected closed circuit TV gates. Two elevators will take you from the ground floor to the third floor landing, where the main floor of the triplex apartment begins. Alternatively, by car, through an automatic gated garage and direct elevator to the third floor landing

As described above, the neighborhood is very exclusive with very diverse people from all over Europe. Down town is about 20 minutes walk, with excellent ritzy shopping. It takes only 2 minutes to the board walk and beach. Night life is very lively and the main area is at Puerto Banus-only 9 kms away. Superb dining and drinking can also be found at Puerto Banus and nearby the apartment.
It is extremely quiet at night.

Since this is second home I am quite flexible on dates, however, July and August are mostly booked.

My preferences are for 2 bedroom apartments, fully furnished and fully equipped kitchens, including washers and preferably dryers as well, in NYC, Miami area or Puerto Rico, Bahia and Sao Paulo, Brazil. I would require pictures of the place before entering into any agreements.

I am divorced and retired and live in Madrid. My daughter and her husband and their three daughters live nearby my place in Madrid. We all go down to Marbella frequently to spend holidays together.
We are originally from New York and like to visit NYC and other places in the states a few times a year.
