Our Home
Bright spacious studio in Manhattan's best neighborhood, one block from Central Park, 10 blocks from Lincolon Center. Suitable for one person or couple, all amenities available. If you are travelling with a child or teenager, a blow up mattress can be used for sleeping. Area is very safe, near all transportation, great shopping and eating. 25 blocks (one mile plus) to Times Square. Apartment has upright piano. I am a professional woman, college professor and musician, experienced traveller. Elevator building. ONLY SIMULTANEOUS PLEASE.
Our Neighborhood
The apartment is one, very bright large room with a small kitchen. Nearby is great shopping and eating in every price range, including a terrific flea market right acoss the street every Sunday. Get a taste of real Manhattan living -- walk through the park and see all the New Yorkers doing their thing, whether sunning, skating, biking, or playing jazz. Completely safe area, populated by professionals.

New York City has lots going on in the summer. It can get hot, but the apartment has good air conditioning. Beach is a subway ride away!
