There is a large landscaped garden with a secret garden and tree house with stunning views over the countryside. Fantastic for an evening drink or for a secret hideaway for the children.

Bikes and various other sports equipment including cross trainer and table tennis.

As owners of a local childcare business any baby equipment required can be sourced.

We have a house cleaning service available.

Our home would be comfortable for a large family and has good disabled access.

We have a 7 berth 2009 motorhome (rv)which can also be exchanged, fantastic for exploring the country.

Tamworth is a large market town in Central England. It benefits from excellent transport links with nearby motorway network. London 2hrs by car, 1hr by train. Stratford-upon-avon, Ironbridge, The Peak District and Alton Towers theme park are all within an hours drive.

Only 15mins to Birmingham Airport.

Tamworth has many good restaurants and local public houses. Excellent shopping facilities locally and only a short trip to Europes number one shopping destination, Birmingham's Bullring.

Tamworth has a fantastic indoor ski centre with real snow, tubing snowboarding, ice skating all available. Tamworth is also home to Drayton Manor Theme Park.

The world famous Belfry Golf Club home of the Ryder Cup is only 10 minutes drive away.

We can arrange for experienced babysitters for nights out and childcare to age 11 is available (available during school holidays only for 5-11yrs) . My parents are close by and are happy to help with anything you need. Use of a VW Golf or BMW is possible subject to insurance.

These holidays are based around school holidays, however we could be flexible for the right exchange.

My husband and I are directors of a childcare business, our son joel is 11 and loves most sports, our daughter Lauren was born May 2007 and is happiest when outdoors. School holidays are preferable. We love to travel in particular North America as we have family in Southern California. While Lauren is small we would also be interested in Europe.
