Located in South Anchorage close to shopping areas, great restaurants and only ten minutes from downtown. Superb bike and running trails are located in the neighborhood, and winter nordic skiing on the beach is dreamlike. Very quiet neighborhood, frequented by walkers and joggers. Three minutes to highway access for Alpine skiers and ten minutes from the airport. From inside the house, you feel alone and it is hard to view the neighbors.

We are a happily married professional couple. Kristin works at a local hospital as an ob/gyn provider and Jim works as a trial lawyer. We have three children, with one away at college. Nick is 19, loves to play hockey and whitewater kayaking. Mackenzie is 14, also very into hockey, travel and enjoying friends. Both Nick and Mackenzie are fluent in Japanese. Diego is two, insane about hockey and semi-fluent in Spanish and English. We love to do things as a family, and aim to cast off limitless smiles. There are no pets in the household due to allergies, but we do entertain friends dogs and have a large fenced in run.
