much of charm for this nice stone built house of the XVIII° fully rebuilt in 2005 and 2013: very quiet & peacefull, private pool (40 feets - salt water) best view on chateau de St Laurent les Tours. first neighbour 0. 5 mile away and Saint Céré town center is at 3 minutes only from there. (all shops, tennis, nice 9 holes golf, cinema )
it is fully equiped: sat tv, High speed internet access with wifi spot, plasma TV screen, hifi system, washing machines, dryer, 2 bikes, gas BBQ, ping pong table etc. . .
Lot area is very turistic, close to well known dordogne river (5Miles). nice place for riding, cycling, hiking, walking etc. . . lot of castles and nice medieval villages to visit (Rocamadour, Sarlat, padirac. Carcassonne 2H45 drive, etc. )

Located in a very touristic area in the South West of France. This old farm renovated in 2005 is facing Castle of St Laurent Les Tours on a small hill at 3 minutes from the beautifull Village of St Céré. (hospital, tennis, golf, pool, tourist information, gastronomic restaurants, trade place known from the XIII° Century). Dordogne river and its beautifull valley is at 6 Miles; Rocamadour medieval city at 17 Miles; Sarlat 40 minutes, Toulouse airport less than 2 hours by car (could arrange your transport if needed) ; Paris Airport at 5 Hours by car or train.

Our Dates
May to october is best season to visit around but it has a different charm in winter (november-March). The house has 4 bedrooms; two of them for aldults and two for the childrens
Exchange considered to many destinations.
(A cottage on the beach for 10p can be part of the exchange but since works are in progress to add a floor on it, it won't be available till August 2013 )

Our two cats can stay at home or can be given to someone else during your stay.
Lise is a psychomotrician and Nicolas manage an insurance business. We do like outdoor activities and travels: we both ride bike, sail every year on boats (Nicolas sailed his little boat in the french transatlantic race ''Transquadra'' in 02-2012) , we like skiing or hiking, paragliding...
Our pretty little girl Charlotte was born in 2007 and our boy Ulysse in November 2012.
Our first exchange a few years ago with a Californian member of homeexchange was a very good experience and we're open to many destinations!
