Our warm, contemporary open-concept home has views from all rooms over a very private 100 acres. Conveniences include a gourmet kitchen, indoor hot tub with sunset views, gas and wood fireplaces, regulation pool table, 4 satellite TV’s, 4 bedrooms and baths. The master suite features an infinity soaking tub for two overlooking the woods. Outdoor amenities include a heated pool, pond, horse pastures, and a second hot tub in the forest.

Additionally, there is a newly renovated, fully equipped, 2 bedroom loft apartment overlooking the horse pastures (More pictures in link below)

Enjoy hiking the forest, visiting the horses, or relaxing in the pond or pool. Exchangers love to watch the abundant wildlife including deer, rabbits, wild turkeys and a wide variety of birds. The world famous Bruce Hiking Trail borders the property. We think our Beaver Valley setting, overlooking the World Biosphere Niagara Escarpment is quite special.
