Our rustic hillside view home on 3/4 of an acre, is a sunny, one-story, two bedroom, two bath open plan, about 2100 square feet, with all the amenities. Our furnishings are contemporary and comfortable, with lots of art work. For outdoor Southern California living, we have a sauna, pool, and covered patio living space.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, and the second bedroom has a double bed that will sleep two. No children please, because of swimming pool safety.

"Lost Horizons", Ojai is an artistic community with
art and music festivals, fine dining, world-class
resort (The Ojai Valley Inn and Spa, famous for its
5-star golf course) . Noted for its magnificent beauty, tennis, scenic hiking, biking and horseback riding trails amidst the Topa Topa mountains, Ojai is also a world-renowned spiritual center (Krishnamurti Foundation, Theosophical Society,
Meditation Mount, etc. ) .

We are twelve miles inland from the beaches and marinas of Ventura, with a variety of ocean-centered activities such as boat trips to the
Channel Islands, fishing, surfing and scuba diving.

Thirty-five miles north is Santa Barbara, known for its European feel and cultural activities set in a beautiful Spanish architectural style. We suggest
going on-line to check out Ojai, Ventura and Santa
Barbara web sites for information as there are so
many things to do, we can't include them all.

We will make our car available, if requested.. Smoking outside on the patio o. k.
No smoking in the house.

We are very respectful of other people's property, and have done many successful home exchanges in the past.

We are interested in exchanging for a two-week period.

We are open to other destinations in the spring and fall.

Ray is a retired art teacher/artist, working in
sculpture, and Marion is a teacher/trainer with her own seminar business. We love to travel and explore cities. We like cultural events, architecture, music, dance and lots of art.
