We live in a four bedroom, two bathroom listed Victorian villa overlooking Hampstead Heath. We have a bespoke designed eat in kitchen, dining room/family lounge, children's playroom, study, drawing room. Three double bedrooms and one single plus two bathrooms. The master bedroom is ensuite with a sunken bath and steam closet. Underfloor heating throughout. Off street parking is behind electronic gates and the rear garden is a gorgeous sun trap just perfect for barbeques and relaxing after a day's adventure in London. The home was once occupied by Katherine Mansfield and has a Blue Plaque. Hampstead is a delightful Victorian village full of boutiques, cafes, restaurants and celebrities. We overlook the 600 acres of Hampstead Heath - possibly one of the best locations in London. Travel is easy with Hampstead Underground a 7 minute walk away making West End London and all the sightseeing incredibly easy. Motorway and main trailine access is also easy for longer excursions around the UK.

Hampstead features masses of period listed homes and oozes charm and personality. It sits on a wooded hill overlooking London with tremendous views of the capital's skyline. It is one of the most affluent villages of London and the neighbourhood has attracted many media celebrities as residents. The local restaurants and cafes are too numerous to list and mostly all excellent. The wilds of Hampstead Heath are a major attraction and a brilliant antidote to a day spent in London. Our home overlooks the Heath. Central London is easily accessed by the Undergound, 7 minutes away, and only 10 minutes away is London Overground providing access to Greater London. Hampstead is extremely well connected for travel in and around London and also getting out around the UK for longer trips.

We are looking for exchanges for 19th Oct to 3rd Nov 2013. Also 5th April to 20th April 2014.

We are a family of four. Both Lisa and I (James) work in the restaurant business as owner/directors. We love being so close to London so we can be close to the restaurant action but able to escape to the contrasting friendly neighbourhood of Hampstead. I like jogging on the Heath, gardening and spending time with our young girls. Lisa likes cooking and bossing me about. Our two girls are Eliza who is 1yr old and Emilia who is 4. So we have a playroom stuffed with toys as well as a cot, high chair, stair gates and all the usual baby/toddler things needed.
