Our home was built in 2006 with high standards and has been redecorated continuously. The house is approximately 170 sqm (1800 sqft).

On the entry level there's one bedroom and bathroom with a shower, upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and one bathroom with a big bathtub and a shower. The master bedroom has a continental king size bed and the other bedrooms have standard beds. Extra beds can be put in the other bedrooms, making it possible to accomodate up to 8 people.

There's a high speed internet connection with wi-fi and a multi-room sound system. There are 2 separate areas with flatscreen TVs with Apple TV, Blu-Ray and Nintendo Wii. The kitchen is fully equipped and also has a Nespresso machine.

Since we have 2 kids (boys age 3 and 5), there is a lot of toys both in- and outdoors including a 14 ft trampoline in the garden at your disposal.

The garden has an apple tree and two newly planted cherry trees. We also grow our own potatoes and strawberries.

If you don't wish to go by car, our house is very close to public transportation. A 5 min walk gets you to the commuter train that takes you to central Stockholm and the subway net in 22 minutes. There are also 3 different local bus lines less than 150 m from the house.

You can also use our 5 bikes (3 for adults and 2 for kids) if you'd like to discover the surroundings on your own. The area is very popular by recreational cyclists.

Our home is located in the oldest part of Täby, which is a sought after suburb right between Arlanda International Airport and the center of Stockholm. The neighborhood is calm and quiet and very secure.

In the area around Lake Vallentuna nearby there are unusually many rune stones from the late Viking Age within walking distance from our house. Here you can wander in the beautiful landscape and explore history on your own.

If you're a golfer, there are more than 10 golf courses within a 20 min distance. Please feel free to use my golf set.

Typical Swedish summer temperature daytime in July-August is around 21-25 degrees Celsius (70-77 F) although temperatures up to 30 degrees (86 F) may occur on very rare hot days. Sweden may be known for its dark winters, but in return we get very bright summers. In the Stockholm area sunrise in mid July is around 3:30 am and sunset is around 9:00 pm.

Car exchange is preferred. You will have access to our BMW 5-series (2011) with automatic transmission.

We are interested in 2-3 weeks in December-January for the Holidays.

Open to any beach in Florida. Preferrably within reasonable driving distance from Orlando.

Any beach close to San Diego, CA is also interesting.
