I have a beautiful 4 bedroom, 4 bath 4200 sq. foot home just 3 miles from Venice, Beach California. I have 3 daughters ages 17, 14 and 10 and we would love to share our home with you. You will have access to our 2011 Ford Explorer for your excursions to southern California's most exciting destinations..plus a bike for your trips along the scenic bike path that runs along the pacific coast. Our home also features all the creature comforts including a plasma tv, direct tv, tivo, internet, bbq, toys and a large wood play structure in large backyard. We also have a home gym unit in the garage, free weights and boxing bag to hit/kick! The house is just 12 years old..and has been recently renovated and decorated. There is a beautiful patio where you can sit outside and enjoy the Los Angeles weather! New carpeting, furniture, hardwood floors throughout. It is located in a quiet suburban neighborhood, yet is just a few miles away from beaches, parks, beverly hills, santa monica and hollywood! You can spend the day at the beach....a night out in the finest restaurants and clubs in america ...an exhausting day of shopping on melrose ave..or a trip to Disneyland all from the comfort and convenience of our home!

My home is in a quiet suburban neighborhood in west los angeles called Mar Vista. The homes are quite lovely...however it is a very sweet...down to earth...part of los angeles. It is 5-10 minutes away from major freeways, including the 10 and 405...freeways. There is a health food grocery store..video rental store...juice store...french bakery/restaurant and starbucks less than one mile from my home. There are many hills which provide great views of the ocean and mountains, in addition to great walks for exercise!! You are less than 4 miles away from venice beach and marina del rey..amazing beach communities offering cute cafes, restaurants and plenty of outdoor activities....
