Our Home
We are located very close to the mouth of Little Cottonwood Canyon in a nice gated neighborhood one the east side of Sandy. Snowbird and Alta are only 15 minutes away. We are 30 minutes away from Brighton/Solitude and 45 minutes from Park City. Our home is a 3 level 5,400 square ft. home which is available for non-simultaneous exchanges.
The main two levels of the home have 5 bedrooms and can accomodate 9. The basement level has a projector TV, pool table and exersize room. We have wireless internet and computers available in either the apartment or the main home.

Our Neighborhood
Sandy, is a suburb of Salt Lake City, Utah, which is located right against the Wasatch Mountains. Our home is 25 minutes from downtown Salt Lake City. Our home is 10 minutes from a major shopping mall and restaurants. We have many biking and hiking trails in or close to our neighborhood. Our neighborhood has a community pool that is available in the summer. Our neighborhood and home have breathtaking views of the mountains and the valley floor.

Alan and Laura work with apartment communities. Our last child is now in college so we are able to accomodate home exchanges about anytime. Our apartment communities are in Houston TX, so we spend quite a bit of time in Houston. Our home is available for non simultaneous exchanges almost anytime. We need to have internet availability in the home to which we travel. We are able to work as we travel.
We ski, snowmobile, hike, and travel. We enjoy the beach and we love to snorkel, scuba dive and go boating.
