Our two bedroom, 3 bath unit is tastefully decorated. The large, privately owned luxury condos at La Estancia face the ocean, providing outstanding views of the sapphire sea and Land's End.
This seventh floor (of eight floors) two bedroom/3 bath condo is beautifully decorated and will sleep up to 8 people. The large living room, dining room, and full kitchen are perfect for relaxing with families and friends.
Luxury features abound in this beautiful Villa, including cream travertine marble floors, carved maple entry doors and kitchen cabinets, granite countertops in all bathrooms, tiled kitchen counters, 10 foot ceilings in living areas, zoned central air conditioning, ceiling fans in living room, bedrooms, and terraces, large closets and dressing areas, electronic security box, TV/DVD, telephones, and high speed Internet service (both wired and encrypted wireless service). Maid service is included 4 days/week, with an option of upgrading to 7x/week service.
Included is computer voice-over-internet telephone service, with free long distance to and from the United States and other countries. For inbound calls, the telephone has a California phone number.

We bought the property primarily for exchanges, in fact, sight-unseen (long story), but once we visited our second home, we fell IN LOVE with Villa La Estancia and Cabo.

The Dates
With a child in school, our travel times are during the summer months (June, July, August, early September) and during the winter holiday periods (Thanksgiving, Christmas/New Years and spring break in late March). However, we have been known to travel at ANY time, as we feel our children can sometimes learn more from a foreign locale than they can in school.
The Destination
We mostly prefer warmer destinations during the winter. During the summer, Lake Tahoe, the California/Oregon/Washington coasts and selected mountain communities (Sun Valley, etc.) are desired. However, we are open to ALL suggestions!!
The People
We are a family of four: Evan, Patti, Sam (21) and Chase (8). Evan is a businessman and corporate pilot, Patti is an interior designer (www.complementshome.com) and Sam attends college. We reside in Bend, Oregon (USA) full-time and have been exchanging for more than seven years with great results. This luxury condominium is a second home for us and we share ownership in it with three other families. We own two villas at Villa La Estancia, one located in Phase I and the other located in Phase III.
