Our Home
Charming typical parisian flat in a trendy and lively district, Canal Saint Martin. We have totally renovated it one year ago and decorated with art from our gallery.
The falt has all equipment needed : dish washer, washing machine, tumble-dryer, Internet access, video projector, two bicycles and possibilities of car exchange. And in addition to that, there are plenty of art books and novels...
75 square meter (808 ft sq) flat with 2 bedrooms, 1double bed, 2 single beds, and 1 convertible sofa. 5th floor with elevator. Thé flat Is very quiet and sunny.
We appreciate the charming and lively neighborhood of the Canal Saint Martin at the end of the street. It has two bedrooms and a large 35m2 living room with an open kitchen and is a typical parisian flat.
Our Neighborhood
Charming typical parisian flat in a trendy and lively district, Canal Saint Martin, with everything needed for a cool stay in Paris. Located very close to the metro station Republique and Jacques Bonsergent, you can access all places of interest in Paris very easily.
You can enjoy the Canal Saint Martin and all its nice restaurants, bars, night life and fashionable trendy shops.
We like in particular to make picnics on the canal on sundays, when the canal is closed to cars with our chidren.

About Us
We are Magali and Julien, with our two children, Lucie (5 years old), and Baptiste (3 years old). Magali owns a gallery in the center of Paris and Julien is a teacher in a university in Paris and goes regularly to California.
