We live in a small community with 43 homes and friendly neighbors. Our home has 4000 SF of living area, 4 bedrooms, den, game room, 4 baths, 3 car garage, patio, pool and spa on 1/3 of an acre. Unfortunately, the upstairs is used for our home business so only the downstairs is available for guests (3000SF) .

We hope you will consider a vacation in Central Florida. Orlando is a dynamic place to visit with all of the internationally recognized tourist attractions (Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World etc. ) as well as the quiet backwaters (camping, fishing, beaches etc. ) . Our property is close enough to all the action, but seclude enough in our gated community for a quiet evening stroll.

If we reach an agreement we could also exchange cars. We have two autos, a 2005 Nissan Murano and a 2004 Mercedes.

The time period we are most interested in exchanging homes is summer during school holidays but we are also open to a short winter get away.

Open to all destinations, tempt us.

We are looking for a ski destination in the winter and some place interesting in the summer.

We are a family of three. Ellen 56, computer software sales in the health industry, Mike 56, custom home builder and Melanie 14, Mom & Dads Princess. We enjoy many outside activities like golf, swimming, tennis, scuba diving, and camping as well as indoor fun such as dancing, dining and exercise. Although we are active we certainly enjoy a quiet evening at home with a good glass of wine and a movie.

We are experience travelers responsible and open-minded people. We are non-smokers and do not allow smoking in our home. We have a house cat named Angel and would appreciate your caring for him while we are away, but other arrangements could be made.

House cleaning is included in our exchange offer. We will arrange to have our home cleaned prior to our return and would appreciate your doing the same. The last thing you want to do when on vacation is to clean on your last day. A personal chef service is available upon your request.
