Honolulu 3 bedroom (2 converted to office & utility room) 2 bath secure, quiet 10th floor apartment with fully-equipped upgraded kitchen, TV, DVD, CD, stereo system, in-unit washer and dryer, on-site ground floor barbecue area, pool, sauna and jacuzzi; panoramic views of the mountains, the ocean and Honolulu's city lights; 2 secure reserved parking stalls; very close and convenient to park with tennis courts and pool, beaches, shopping, Waikiki, live music, excellent restaurants of many kinds, concert hall, theaters, running routes, hiking trails, downtown and the University, with easy access to major roadways and bus lines; a short walk from food, wine and other stores. Primary home, so available only at certain times or by exchange. Simultaneous exchange may be possible April 12-25, summer or Sept.-Oct. 2011. Prefer 1-2 guests.
