Professional couple: one runs her own business placing substitute teachers in many private schools, and also teaches vegetarian cooking and cuisine to prevent, control and reverse heart disease, cancer, diabetes and other illnesses at a hospital wellness program, community college and in various cooking demonstrations and TV shows, and has written two vegetarian cookbooks; the other is a mediator, arbitrator and attorney in a wide range of civil cases, and teaches negotiations, mediation and arbitration in an MBA program of the Univ. of Hawai'i Business School in Viet Nam, at Hawai'i Pacific University and in various local and national seminars.
