Our Home
Our home is less than one year old in an upscale gated community with pool, club house, restaurant, golf course and tennis courts. There is a large eat-in kitchen with every major applliance, opening into a beautifully furnished and very comfortable great room. All the furnishings are brand new. There is a large patio off the great room with a built in barbecue that includes a refrigerator, and a lovely, calming fountain. The outside is professionally landscaped in both back and front. We have an incredible view of the mountains from our home, where you can enjoy beautful sunsets. There is an attached 2 car garage.

Our Neighborhood
This is a new adult (over 45) community of single family homes with lovely landscaping in a quiet neighborhood. We are fifteen minutes from downtown Chandler, a Spanish-style town with shops and restaurants. Going in another direction, we are fifteen minutes from the Chandler Mall which contains all major stores, movies and restaurants. We are just minutes from the major highways, so you can be at the airport, or downtown Phoenix, or the major attractions of Scottsdale in half an hour. For sightseeing, we are 1 1/2 hours from Tucson, 2 1/2 hours from Sedona and 4
1/2 hours from the Grand Canyon and other northern Arizona attractions. Plus you can be in Mexico in less than 2 hours, no passport necessary.

About Us
We are Marvin and Irene, experienced exchangers who have recently relocated to the Phoenix area from Boston. Both of our sons had moved to the west coast and we moved here to be close to family.
We love to travel and are open to offers anyplace and anytime, but our favorite trips are to Seattle, Washington to see our grandchildren.
