The house is at Yallingup, a famous surfing location, approx., 3 hours drive south of Perth (capital city of WA) . Yallingup is located in the Margaret River wine region; world famous for its premium wine produce and within easy driving reach of the natural beauty of the tall timbers of the south west and the rugged beauty of the great southern.
