Our second home is a luxury 2BR/2BA Beach Front condo just steps away from some of the best surf on the planet. We are located in Hacienda Iguana, one of Nicaragua’s premier gated golf resort developments. Our group of condos is called Villas Iguana and it is the only condo project in Hacienda Iguana actually on the beach.

You can rent your own car or if you like we can arrange for bilingual driver to pick you up at the airport, take you grocery shopping, sightseeing and deliver you to your home away from home.

There are full or half day boat trips available to fish the BEST deep sea and sea water fishing in the world or explore more remote surf breaks for a bargain. Other activities include yoga, massage, and horseback riding. We have a Golf Club Membership, allowing you to play on our 10-hole course at reduced rates.

Each room has A/C, wireless internet, satellite TV and our own battery powered electrical backup system. The kitchen is modern and includes everything you need for meal preparation and all the amenities. If you do not feel like cooking, Don Elroy’s restaurant and bar is onsite or we can arrange a local cook to prepare some or all of your meals.

Unlike Costa Rica or El Salvador, this small area of Nicaragua has year round deep water swell and 300+ days a year of 24 hour offshore winds blowing in from Lake Nicaragua. If you surd, no matter what kind of board you ride, there are lefts, rights, and at least 8-10 breaks in the area just for you. Two of the best, Colorado and Panga Drops are on the beach just outside your front door.

The last time we visited we bought fresh lobster right off the beach for $2 a piece and cooked them up for an amazing lunch! If we are unable to trade and not using it then it's available to rent. Also, we live most of year is beautiful San Luis Obispo, California..named the "Happiest City in America" by Oprah. We have a 3 bedroom/2 bath house walking distance to downtown that is also available to trade.

We live full time in a San Luis Obispo, California. We are self-employed in the Stone and Tile business here on the central coast. We have two young children, Macy(3.5 years) and Fiona(10months). We spend our free time surfing and exploring the outdoors. We recently purchased our second home in beautiful Nicaragua and look forward to sharing our home with others.
