This is an incredible single villa with a beautiful garden just 50 mt. from the beach located in the private natural reserve of Tavolara Island. 15 minutes from Olbia airport and 20 min. from Porto Rotondo and Porto Cervo very VIP locations during the summer season.

Our Neighborhood
The villa is located in a private area called Costa Dorata in front of Tavolara and Molara islands . This is a natural reserve and protect area. You have few other single villas but you don't see them. In the same zone there is the Hotel Don Diego, with a tennis court on the beach.
In 5 minutes by car you can go to Porto San Paolo or San Teodoro, 2 small cities with restaurants and shops. In 10 minutes you reach Punta Aldia with a beautiful golf club in front of the sea.
Other....I go there from 30 years and is the most beautiful, relax place I have ever seen.

Villa Rita is just 15 minutes by car from the International airport of Olbia Costa Smeralda. The garden offers the possibility to bring your pets and your kids will be happy to play in a safe place. On the beach many boats can be rented to visit the islands and the other beaches. It'll be a shape not to see all the beaches around you.
When you'll come it'll be a pleasure to show you the best restaurants ( not expensive) and places to visit.
The house will be professionally cleaned before you arrive. If you would like to schedule a cleaning while you are here, the rate is $150 or 100 € a day and you have to deal directly with the housekeeper about days and hours.

High Season:
July and September $ 4.950 per week or 3.900 € per week
August $ 5,590 per week or 4.600 € per week

We are mum and dad fully dedicated to our 3 kids, 4 2 and 1 years old and we live in Milan, a very grey city. Sardinia is the best place to escape from May to October.But we would also like to travel around the world and next years we are planning to visit Usa from Florida to California by car.
