Our Home
Welcome to the riverside home in the heart of Switzerland. 5 Minutes drive from the center of the swiss capital city bern which is part of the world unesco heritage.
We invite you to stay in our home, in a nature retreat. Close to the city and ideal home base for excursions to the Alps (30 minutes) different lakes (20 minutes) or the cultural life of Zurich (1 hour).
You would like to discover Europe? We live just 1-2 hours from the german, french or (1hour) italian border (2 hours).
It takes 35 Minutes to get on the ski slope and 30 seconds to access the river aare for swimming or stand up paddeling.

Our Neighborhood
Our home has direct access to the river, we have an outdoor swimming pool as well. Bern which is a 5 min drive away is a nice cosy town at the foot of the Alps surrounded by a river and forests. It invites you to discover the swiss culture, its traditions and impressive nature. Beautiful lakes, waterfalls, rivers and the mountains are accessible in 20 minutes car ride. There is a lot to discover within half an hour drive or train ride. Switzerland has top public transport infrastructure, with a dense train/railroad net all over the country.

We are a family of 2 adults and 2 boys.
Tom is 38 years old working in marketing/sponsoring of a big telecom company, caroline is 37 years old and kindergarden teacher. Our sons Len (6) an Noe (8) are looking forward to offer their playroom to other kids. we have a bunch of outdoor equipment for: climbing, biking, stand up paddling at your disposal
