Our spacious 3 BR/3.5 BA private villa is situated on a remarkable 1,100 feet of ocean frontage. Directly located on the world renowned Grace Bay Beach, heralded by prestigious Conde Nast Travelers Magazine as “perhaps the best beach in the world”, our residential villa enjoys ocean views from two master suites, as well as the kitchen, dining and living rooms. The nearly 2,800 square foot residence is designed to optimize the coveted indoor-outdoor lifestyle, through the introduction of expansive walls of glass, disappearing sliding doors, and spacious terraces. The Villa’s location within Grace Bay is of particular significance. The site has a natural westerly view where you can bask in the island's most awe-inspiring sunsets. At the resort’s acclaimed oceanfront restaurant, Anacaona, you can dine at tables under open-air, thatched roof "palapas" overlooking the sea.
