The spacious (1800 sq ft/170 sq m) house has an open floor plan that is ideal for family vacation and entertaining. Great screened-in outdoor space features covered patio that offers shade throughout the day(with dining set for 6) and 7 feet deep heated pool with waterfalls and Jacuzzi. The outdoor space is surrounded by fruit trees offering additional privacy.

Inside, the fully-stocked kitchen features new quartz countertops and opens up to the breakfast area (seating for 6) and family room with flat-screen TV. Master bedroom has an Italian queen-size bedroom set, separate bathroom with step-in shower, a walk-in closet, and a flat-screen TV. Two other bedrooms have full-size beds and one twin pull-out. The second bathroom with a tub opens up to the pool (the door is equipped with an alarm). The living and dining rooms offer additional space to relax and entertain. The house has ceramic tile and hardwood floors.

There are beach chairs and umbrellas, as well as pool and beach toys for the kids.

There is WiFi connection in the house.

The greater Tampa Bay area is famous for its excellent mix of recreational opportunities. It offers some of the best beaches in the USA, destinations and activities for families with children, variety of the arts, historical and cultural activities, culinary adventures, and unique flavor of small communities and neighborhoods along the beautiful Gulf Coast.

And did we mention breathtaking sunsets?!

All these adventures are within easy reach of Belleair Beach, a very private and quiet community, with no high rises and resident-only beach parking, in the Tampa Bay Area. The property is on a cul-de-sac street within three short blocks to the private beach access and just a couple houses away from the intracoastal dock.

Yet the family and cultural attractions, great restaurants, and nightlife of Clearwater Beach, Indian Rocks Beach,Dunedin, John’s Pass, Tampa, Sarasota, and St. Petersburg are all within easy reach (7-40 mins). Some of Florida's world-class attractions are nearby: Salvador Dali Museum in St. Petersburg (21mi), Disney World (90mi), Lego Land (80mi).

We are a young professional family with two girls (ages 7 and 11). Gene (39) is in IT, Julia (37) works for an opera company.

We have traveled in North America, Europe, and Asia and look forward to exploring more wonderful places and finding "homes away from home" through the exchange. We are interested in locations in USA, Canada, and Europe that are close to major cities or can be used as bases for day trips in their regions.

We are offering our beach house and are flexible with the dates and the duration of the exchange.
