For a couple with one child ideally (max), our appartment is not very big but is very well situated in Paris next to the well-known Buttes Chaumont Park. This is a 1 bed (Queen size) and 1 bath appartment, and a combined living room and a fully-equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, micro-wave, refrigerator/freezer, double sink) as well as a sofa bed. The appartment was entirely renovated and furnished in 2010. Situated on the first floor, with view on an intérior common garden, it is quite luminous and is a silent place to relax ...except may be for a bird couple nesting on the tree next to the bedroom window :)). There is also a dining table, TV (CANNAL+), a computer and full internet access as well as baby equipments (high chair, changing table, small table, ..).

Situé dans Paris, notre appartement de 2 pièces n'est pas très grand mais convient tout à fait à un couple avec 1 enfant. Acheté en 2009, il a été complètement refait à neuf. Au 1er étage, il est lumineux avec une vue sur le jardin arboré. Très calme, il se situe à deux minutes à pied du Parc des Buttes Chaumont, très fréquenté par les joggers, les poussettes et pour ses restaurants/bar à tapas.

La chambre avec un grand lit (Queen size) avec un surmatelas et un lit bébé. Le salon avec cuisine américaine tout équipée (refrigerateur, four, micro-ondes, plaque à induction, grille pain, ..). Le salon possède un grand canapé 3 places convertible, une télé (CANAL+), un bureau (ordinateur + accès internet) et une table à manger (deux chaises + chaise haute pour bébé).

Paris's 19th arrondissement is a district with a rather special character, home to the extraordinary Buttes Chaumont park, one of the most beautiful in the capital. A great spot for a picnic, jogging or a relaxing stroll. Close to all amenities (bakery, supermarkets, shops, ....), it will suits those who wants to discover Paris. It is only a few minutes walk from the appartment and is very animated area with restaurants and bars. Only 2 min's walk from the nearest entrance to the subway (Métro Pyrénées -line 11), it takes 10 mins to reach the center of Paris (Chatelet) and 15 minutes by bus (N° 26) to Gare du Nord (to catch Eurostar or the RER B train to Charles de Gaulle International Airport).

Le quartier des Buttes Chaumont est toujours très animé que ce soit en hiver ou en été et referme différents commerces, restaurants et bars avec des terrasses. L'appartement est situé à seulement quelques minutes à pied du Parc des Buttes Chaumont, très connu pour ses arbres et lieu idéal pour un pique-nique, pour faire du jogging ou pour promener le bébé. Le métro (Pyrénnées - Ligne 11) se trouve à seulement 2 minutes à pied de l'immeuble et mène directement au centre de Paris (Chatelet) en 10 minutes our Gare du Nord par bus en 15 minutes pour prendre l'Eurostar ou le RER B pour se rendre à l'aéroport international Charles de Gaulle en 35 minutes.

The appartment is appropriate for a couple with a child as we have all the basic needs for a baby (bed, high chair, changing table, baby bath, small sofa, ..). We can make arrangements for a car seat and a stroller if need be.

However, we do welcome one or two persons without a child. In this case, we will remove baby equipments (except for the bed) in order to leave more space.

L'appartement peut convenir à un couple avec bébé car on dispose de tout les équipements bébé (lit, table à langer, chaise haute, baignoire, petite table + chaise, petit fauteuil, possibilité de siège auto et poussette).

Il convient également à un couple. Dans ce cas, on enlèvera les équipements bébé (sauf le lit bébé) afin de libérer de la place.

However, we are ready for a long week-end swap with london ..anytime (the journey from our place to St Pancras international station takes only 3 hours!!)

We are a married couple in our late 30's with a little girl of 19 months old (born in january 2011). Bindu is from Mauritius (an island in the Indian Ocean), specialized in Environmental Law. Settled in France since 7 years, she works in project management. She loves to travel around the world, discover new places and cultures, cooking and housekeeping (so you really don't have to worry about the maintenance of your home) ..and above all, she loves to take care of her little daughter. Elie-Pierre, works in the services and is very often absent from home due to his work. He's a fan of sports (all types) and likes cinema and gastronomy. Léna, goes to the Crèche and she loves her Lazytoon (comforter) and her 4 pacifiers.

Nous sommes un couple marié, d'une trentaine d'années et parents d'une petite fille née en janvier 2011. Bindu, originaire de l'île Maurice et spécialisée en droit de l'environnement, occupe aujourd'hui un poste de cadre dans la gestion de projet. Elle aime voyager, découvrir d'autres cultures et la gastronomie, faire le ménage (donc, aucun souci à faire concernant l'entretien de votre maison), cuisiner et surtout s'occuper de sa fille. Elie-Pierre est dans le secteur du service et il est souvent en déplacement. Il est fan du sport (tous types) et il aime le cinéma et la gastronomie. Léna va à la crèche. Elle adore son doudou, Lazytoon et ses 4 tétines.
