Our Home
The house is a a large modernized farmhouse built 150 years ago. The house is in a quiet, rustic area and is divided in two flats connected with external stair. The first, at ground floor opens out directly into the garden and is composed by a kitchen, a large dining room, bathroom with shower and a bedroom for 2 persons :the kitchen include a fridge, dishwasher and stove. The second upstair has two bathrooms, three bedrooms, a family room, an attic with air conditioned for other 4 persons. The house has heating systems and fireplaces.
The house is located in the beatifull Tuscany countryside just a short drive from Florence (1 hour), Siena (50 min.), Arezzo (10 min.), Cortona and Trasimeno lake (30 min.), Perugia (1 hour).
Airports : Florence (1 hour drive); Pisa (1,5 hour drive); Rome (2 hour drive)
Our Neighborhood
Valdichiana country side is full of natural and historic treasury. The area is full of orchards and is possible use bycicle for nice short trip in close areas like, for ex. Val d'Ambra or trekking between vineyards and olive groves. Etruscan and roman evidences in Arezzo (nice and little known historical town), in Cortona, in Chiusi. From nearby Arezzo station you can reach Florence or Rome to visit the world famous museums, galleries and architectural heritages. In summer season you can use our swimming pool.

About Us
Our family is composed of my wife Patrizia, i Luca, my son Federico 24 years working in Bologna, my daughter Costanza 20 years studying medicine university at Siena and our little dog Peggy. We live at other side of the house and work (a lot) across Tuscany area. We love country life and employ freetime in our wine, olive oil production and gardening. I love baseball and softball and we all like read and travel across the world.
