Our Home
About the house:
Fully furnished homes over 2 floors
There are 3 bedrooms on 2nd floor along with bathroom. There is a double bed in two of the bedrooms (140 cm wide and 120 cm wide) and single bed in the least. Crib / cot in the main bedroom.
Possibility of 2 extra beds / mattresses.
The 1st floor is the entrance hall, hallway, kitchen and living room. New flat in 2012 with different channels (including children's channels).
There is much to experience on Grøtavær for adults and children. Great hiking right outside the door. From white beaches to mountains over 1000 meters!
Grøtavær is an old fishing village with excellent fishing.
Good hiking trails.
Less traffic, very family friendly.
Grøtavær Brygge doing tourist activities and camp next to the with the possibility of boat rental, canoe rental, climbing wall, nature trail, bike rental

Our Neighborhood
House is situated quiet on Grøtavær. Here's a good time to enjoy nature and following seasons. Coffee is enjoyed with beautiful views of the islets and reefs. In summer you can follow the sun all day, it will not go down over the horizon. There is good fishing opportunities at Grøtavær and possibilities to rent a boat, kayak / canoe nearby

About Us
Father Roger (39), Mother Anne Cecilie (35), three children age 11, 8 and 5. We're a normal family in many ways; we are well educated, have nice jobs and lives a quiet good life as a family. The children are into sports and scouting, and both mum and dads likes sports. We are originally from northern Norway, moved south some years ago, but kept the summerhouse. We love to travel during holidays and weekends, but also enjoy the summerhouse on Grøtavær
