Quartier à la fois calme et à proximité de toutes commodités (gares train et bus, marché, commerces, centre ville, bord de mer). Accès par chemin privé, pas de rue passante.

A peine sorti de la maison, vous pouvez admirer de magnifiques palaces anglais du siècle dernier et les jardins de Biovès toujours joliement fleuris qui vous conduiront jusqu'au Casino sur le bord de mer.
