OPEN FOR NON-SIMULTANEOUS EXCHANGE MAY 1-18 and June 7-15, 2013. ABSOLUTELY THE BEST TIME TO VISIT THE WASHINGTON DC AREA! Large stone home on beautifully landscaped grounds, built in the 1940's and renovated with a master suite, family room and spacious kitchen. Living room, kitchen and large family room with huge stone fireplace were recenty refurnished. Wireless internet and large-screen HDTV. Wonderful, secluded swimming pool with cabana, outdoor room, kitchen, and bath. Surprises and delights abound in the gardens - fountains, ponds, statuary and wishing well. Many old world touches including rare walnut woodwork, mouldings, flagstone. Formal living room with fireplace and billiard room are perfect for intimate gatherings, but family room, kitchen, and pool area are superb for casual times. Wonderful private master suite with stone fireplace and private deck.

Old Ravenwood is an exlusive neighborhood of secluded homes in Falls Church, Virginia, located six miles west of Washington DC. Easily accessible from Dulles or Reagan airports. Minutes from all shopping including the experiences of Tysons I and II. Close to several grocery stores and restaurants. All the cultural and tourist attractions of this renowned area (Alexandria, Mt. Vernon, Washington DC, National Zoo, Arboretum, Georgetown) are easily accessible by car or subway (five minutes away) . World class museums, monuments and numerous performing arts centers such as the Kennedy Center are within easy reach. Many activities are kid-friendly and free in D. C. Wonderful place to see the sights or relax in the private pool area.
