DISCLAIMER: Our bldg has recently started doing balcony renovations- during the work week. All of the facilities are open, but the balconies are now closed on one side of the building. Ours is still open, but may be closed soon. Since this is a major hotel, I do not think construction will take place during any high volume holiday weeks, so it shouldn't be loud, but the view will still be obstructed by construction.

Depending on the exchange one or both properties can be exchanged. That property is a 1/1 on the 29th floor of one of the newest and most modern buildings in Miami. The balcony directly overlooks the Miami River and Miami Circle. The area has many restaurants, shops, bars, and lounges. I didn't want to confuse the properties, so we only have pictures of the South Beach unit. Please inquire if you are interested in the Brickell Unit as well.

Take the elevator down to the beautiful and famous Miami Beach boardwalk. Head north on it towards Fontainebleau and Eden Roc, or south to Ocean Drive. Go for a run or just lay out on the beach with the convenience of a full service beach for hotel guests - chairs, towels (no cost), food, and drinks. This is one of the few residential buildings located right on the ocean in South Beach. It is a nice stroll or short bike ride from anywhere you might want to go.

It's blocks away from the New World Symphony. A theater and outdoor complex offering free 'movies in the park' every Wednesday and select free concerts, perfect for a nice picnic. It is next door to the W, two blocks from the Setai, four blocks from the Shore Club, and about five blocks from the Delano.

You will have access to 2 deco bike passes - a bike sharing program. You take a bike and leave it at one (of many) designated stations- scattered ALL over Miami Beach - one station just outside of our bldg. It's become our preferred mode of transportation around the beach. You avoid the hassles and expense of taxis or parking.

We do not have "an ideal" vacation location, but certainly have preferences.
Although we live on the beach we don't really get tired of it and love visiting other ones in the Caribbean and around the globe. :-)
Every year we like to plan at least one ski trip. Vail and Whistler and North Rockies are preferences.
A lake house is great. Love Lake Tahoe.
We pretty much enjoy most 'desirable' locations, be it near a great state park, body of water, or metropolitan area.

We're a couple, working professionals, who absolutely love travel and everything it has to offer.
We do not have pets or smoke. We plan on taking care of any home we enter and treating it as if it were our own and expect the same in turn.
