A large sweeping circular driveway leads you up to the huge wraparound verandah that encircles this family retreat. Set on 2 acres including tennis court, lap swimming pool, spa and huge grounds to run around on, this 5 bedroom home has 3 separate living areas a huge study, 3 car garage and all the modern comforts.

As you enter the front door you are greeted by a sizable entry hall which leads to a formal dining room with double doors that open to a large family room, meals area and huge fully equipped kitchen. This main area has an open fire place, a huge flat screen tv, cable tv, DVD player, apple Mac computer with unlimited wifi, meals table that seats 8 and high hair. The kitchen features large walk in pantry, fridge with ice and water and overlooks a large outdoor entertaining area and the pool and tennis court.

The other end of the ground floor has 4 bedrooms with walk in robes one with double bed, one with single bunk beds and trundle, one with a single bed and crib, and another with a single and king single. There are two bathrooms with showers, a separate toilet, a huge spa bath, full sized laundry with drying cupboard and large child's playroom, or rumpus with tv, DVD, foxtel and wii with a huge range of toys, wii games, board games, dvd's etc

Upstairs is the adults formal living retreat with gorgeous views to port Phillip bay, a gas log fire, flat screen smart tv, DVD and Internet tv. There is also a wet bar with sink and kettle. The office runs off this area which overlooks the rear grounds with a large desk and seating for 4.

There is a Balcony which takes full advantage of the views to enjoy a lovely wine at sunset of coffee at sunrise. The master bedroom is off to the left where you can wake up to views of the water with queen sized bed, walk in robe an dressing area and large stone ensuite with two basins, double shower and separate toilet.

We have 3 cars including a large modern 8 seater van to transport the whole family with a built in DVD player, and can safely travel across victoria.

The property has a security system, and is fully fenced and gated and sits at the end if a quiet court so it is quite safe and secure. We are 5 mins from the beach, close to a local walking track parks, playground, tennis club and local shops.

This home will make your summer unforgettable in a fantastic location on the Mornington peninsula with some of the most beautuful beaches, wineries, restaurants, markets and countryside victoria has to offer.

Check out real aussie life guards as you soak up the sun on one of the hundreds of clean beautiful bay beaches or catch a wave at point leo, all within a short drive.

Minutes to the train or main freeway which is only 40 mins to Melbourne cbd with arguably Australia's best restaurants, cafes, arcade shopping, museums and gardens, but Melbourne really comes to life in January over summer as we play host to some of the major sporting events and music festivals in the sporting hub of Australia including

The lucky family would also have access to my husbands golf membership at the national golf club, a three course exclusive course designed by Robert Trent jones junior, Greg Norman and Peter Thompson, The southern hemispheres premiere private golf club overlooking the southern ocean.

we have a house cleaner once a week, and the garden and pool is maintained regularly.

we are a very neat and tidy family who takes pride in our home and would take very good care of yours. A weekly cleaner, garden maintenance and pool service is included in your stay, and we have excellent babysitters available to you

We also own surfboards, bikes, boogie boards and beach gear for your trips to the beach

We would love to exchange anytime from dec 15 to early february for 4 - 6 weeks

We are a Happy, busy family of 8 with my husband mike and me(Jessica) and our six children. James 17, Ben 15, Claudia, 12, Samuel 6, jack 4 and maegan just celebratin her first birthday.

We love the outdoors and play lots of sports, surf, ride horses and love visiting new places and traveling together. We have a Golden retriever holly whom could stay with my mother if pets were not an option.

Our property is fully fenced and we have a doggy door to the laundry so pets are welcome but must be kept outside and can sleep in the laundry.
