I have a nice, welcoming apartment right by the water in a calm, green are in Kungsholmen, Stockholm.
The many windows makes the place light and nice.
The bed is a queensize bed. Works perfect for one or two persons.
The kitchen is fully equiped and modern.
The big balcony overlooks the water and is nice to hang out in.
Tv is HD-ready and there is a dvd to use. A 12 min. ride away from downtown with the metro/underground.
A bus that leaves right outside the door, takes you to the city in twenty minutes. By bike about 20-25 min.
The apartment is right now (june -12) being redecorated so new pictures will come up in july.

Our Neighborhood
The area is very nice and green. An attractive place for many in the summer. This is the area where a lot people come to swim and lay out in the sun on the cliffs. And if you like taking morningswims after a nice run, it´s the perfect place. Or just take your robe and go for a swim before you go to bed. The little dock or the cliffs is about a hundred steps from the apartment.
For promenades and runs, the neigbourhood has trails along the water. And if you like watersports you can rent kayaks not far from the house.

I usually have 4 weeks vacation every summer, this year in all of july. But if you are interested in long weekends in other periods of the year, it can be arranged :-)

My name is Therese, and I am a 43-year old editor/journalist living in Stockholm. I grew up here and loooove this city, and the fact that it´s built on water, where you can swim, and has lots of parks to hang out in.
I live an active life, love to run, go kayaking, ride my bike. The area where I live promotes it, but is at the same time calm and laid back. Perfect for nice, soft time at home, in the couch with a book, or on the balcony having breakfast in the sun.
I am a gospelsinger as well and have traveled a lot with the group that I am a part of. I also love the culturelife in Stockholm, and try to visit all the great museums that we have.
