My home is a large three bedroom two bathroom duplex in a hip area of Los Angeles just outside Beverly Hills. This is great location to go anywhere in LA.

I live in the upstairs part of this building with the large picture window you see in the photo. The lower unit is occupied by a single woman who is also in the movie business. I am an actress/producer who has decorated my home from travels all over the world and it is very eclectic as I also collect pottery, fine art and antiques. . . mostly Art Deco.
I have just added central air conditioning and it's fantastic.

There is a lovely backyard where you can have breakfast in the morning or a BBQ at night; very peaceful. I have a Nespresso coffee system at the house so you can have your cappuccino "al fresco" in the sunny garden. There is also a sunny side patio right off the living room if you don't feel like going downstairs.

The living room is large and inviting with lots of windows and a working fireplace with a gas starter. I always supply you with wood so you can have a fire if you enjoy that. It is very bright and cheery and you'll love sitting there.

The house can sleep up to 5 with two large bedrooms which sleep two each. One bedroom has a queen size bed and sofa, the other also has a queen size bed with two comfy armchairs. The third bedroom has a twin bed and it's own bathroom with shower.
There are two great art deco tiled bathrooms with showers and one also has a separate bathtub and looks into the backyard. The large bathroom has a beautiful green Murano chandelier that is the real "jewel" of the house.

Internet access is wireless. All bedrooms have cable TVs. The twin room television has a built-in DVD and VCR; keeps the kids busy with videos and dvds. The kitchen/breakfast room also has a television which is fun to watch while cooking.

The kitchen has all the normal things, gas stove/oven, microwave and refrigerator. There is a breakfast room that seats 4 (with TV) as well as a separate formal dining room that seats 6 in case you want to have a dinner party.

The location is central to any area in Los Angeles. You can be at the beach in 15 minutes or shop the fashionable streets of Beverly Hills in 5 minutes. I am within walking distance of the LA County Museum and the whole Fairfax area including The Farmers's Market and The Grove with 13 movie theaters and great shopping. There is a large grocery store two blocks down the street for all of your food needs.

I'm sure you will feel right at home here but I have many nice things and hope you will treat them with respect just as I will respect your belongings.

The neighborhood is a popular area filled with young professionals mostly in the film and television business.
It has a quiet feel and is very safe for walking anytime.
This is a historically preserved area that is really considered the center of Los Angeles proper. That's the reason it's so easy to get to anyplace in the city in a minimum amount of time. You will need a car in Los Angeles if you plan to do much traveling. However, there are buses to the beach and/or downtown that run down Olympic Blvd, which is a 3 minute walk from the house. I always leave bus schedules at the house in case you need them. Parking is not a problem and I supply permits to hang on your mirrors which will allow you to street park 24 hours a day.

I am not a smoker so please smoke in the backyard or outside.

My dates are very flexible as I normally travel solo.

I am a single woman that has been acting since I was six years old. I now own three small live theaters in Hollywood and would be happy to arrange tickets for you.
