I have a great 3 bedroom 1 bath 1200 sq ft home on the west side of Tucson. The large back deck overlooking desert open space gives you beautiful sunset views of the Tucson Mountains, and views of the Catalina and Tortolita Mountains. Enjoy the peace and quiet of the Sonoran Desert only a 10 minute drive from downtown Tucson and 5 minutes from I-10. Tucson is a great place for biking. I have been a bike commuter for years and it takes about 20 minutes to bike downtown. Hiking trails in the Tucson Mountains are a 5 - 10 minute drive.

Off street parking for multiple vehicles.

Washing machine (no dryer - outside clothes line for drying clothes), dishwasher, air conditioning, fully stocked kitchen.

Second bedroom is currently set up as a yoga room with a blue futon couch that folds into a full size bed. Yoga mats are available for your use. Main bedroom and yoga room are adjacent to each other with the third bedroom located on the opposite end of the house ensuring privacy.

Outdoor fire pit and outdoor propane grill. Indoor fireplace is not usable, but is set up with several candles for a romantic evening.

I don't own a television. You can stream movies and TV shows if you bring a laptop.

Enjoy your morning coffee or a sunset glass of wine on the back deck while keeping a lookout for the wildlife that roam the desert wash below - quail, javelina, bobcats, coyotes and more.

Smoking is prohibited inside but is allowed outside as long as you dispose of all cigarettes.

The house is in a quiet residential neighborhood on the west side of Tucson surrounded by the Sonoran Desert, and a short 10 minute drive to downtown. Great views and proximity to the Tucson Mountains and desert hiking trails. Two large grocery stores and several restaurants are within 1.5 miles.

Although I am exchanging my primary residence I am open to non simultaneous exchanges. I speak some French, but I am no longer fluent.

My name is Kamillia and I will be traveling with my boyfriend Jordan. I have lived in Tucson for 10 years and I fell in love with the Sonoran Desert at first sight. I love to travel, hike, listen to great music, and read. I recently quit my job as the Executive Director of a non-profit to start my own consulting business and I look forward to having more freedom to travel and work remotely from other parts of the country and world.
