We live in a very comfortable 4 bedroom 3 bath home. The master bedroom has 1 king bed, the guest room has 1 queen bed and a pull out futon, there is a twin bed in our daughter's room, and of course the baby's room has a crib. It is located in the heart of wine country. Enjoy our back patio with gas fire pit and ample seating. We have a great lawn to enjoy and small 10 ft above ground pool on the side yard for a dip on a hot day. We live in a very quiet neighborhood 2 miles from the downtown park. Paso Robles has over 200 wineries all located within minutes from our home. There are many fabulous gourmet restaurants downtown to enjoy along with a variety of tasting rooms. Enjoy Friday night concerts in the park during summer, the California Midstate Fair, and many other events throughout the year. We are 30 min. from sandy beaches, 45 min from Hearst Castle, and 20 minutes from Nacimiento Lake.

Our neighborhood is very quiet with larger lots. There is open space nearby with trails. We have many great views from our neighborhood of surrounding vineyards and hills perfect for morning or evening walks. Our neighbors are all very friendly. Enjoy the warmer summertime days, but cooler evenings perfect for roasting marshmallows in our backyard. If you are a foodie, you will enjoy tons of great restaurants with local wine pairings all downtown. There is a newly built water park less than 1 mile away that the kids would love.

We are a very clean and organized family and would treat your home with as much love as our own.

We would love to travel anywhere. (Mostly California) Our favorites are San Diego, Ventura, Santa Barbara, Ojai, Carmel, Monterey, Laguna Beach, Encinitas, Lake Tahoe, Mendocino, Shaver Lake, Big Sur, or San Francisco. However, we would not limit ourselves to these.

We are husband, (Tim) wife, (Debra) amazing 2 year old daughter, (Mia) and yellow Lab extraordinaire (Cali). We are expecting our second little girl in early May. Cali the dog would find other arrangements for the weekend you choose to stay in our home. Tim works for Cal Trans and is a land surveyor. He has put so much work into our home and even did our entire backyard by himself. Debra is a teacher and has been teaching 5th grade for the last 8 years. She loves to decorate. We love being outdoors, going to the beach, surfing, hiking, etc. We absolutely love living in Paso Robles with the fabulous wine culture and family atmosphere. Now that we have a little girl, staying in a hotel room does not work out as great as it used to. Mia's bedtime is early, and that would mean ours would be as well! We are open to anything! It could be a weekend exchange or possibly longer (1 week). We love to visit beach areas (San Diego, Santa Barbara, Carmel, etc) We also love San Francisco or farther north. Don't be afraid to ask, you just never know. We promise to repond very quickly to your inquiries.
