We live in a excellently located house. Five minutes walk to the beach of Venice-Lido (the beach of Thomas Mann, Luchino Visconti and Mostra del Cinema), less than 15 minutes by waterbus to the heart of the city, San Marco square.
This is a very large house, built on three floors (basement, ground floor and first floor plus a loft).
The house consists of a large entrance hall, lounge, kitchen, two bathrooms, three bedrooms and other big space.
It combines the refined taste of the houses of the early twentieth century with the comfort of modern homes.
Old furniture, a fireplace (working), pieces of art, give a 'unique atmosphere in this house.
Washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, television with DVD player, stereo and everything you need to make it comfortable.
A spacious terrace (great lunches and dinners) overlooking a large garden with different parts and in the summer there grows fruit, flowers and vegetable.

It is a silent area, one minute walking from the mainstreet where you can find different bars, restaurants and every kind of shop for every needing. The supermarket is 4 minutes walking and open until 11 pm. The area is great for childs and adults like all the rest of Venice. What to tell about the rest? Venice is famous all around the world. If you need more informations you can ask us directly or read one of the many book of history and customs of Venice that you can find in our rich library .
You can have the pleasure to take a tour by bicycle (we have) for an afternoon of relax.

We are a young couple. Una: I am an Occupational therapist. I am from Nuremberg and I just moved to live in that fantastic city.
Elia: I am an anthropologist, i work for Cá Foscari university of Venice, for some festivals of literature and I am a Filmmaker. I used to live in many cities but i grew up in Venice.
