Our Home
Sunny and 2011 renovated flat, in the historical center of Barcelona, in the attractive Born area. It's ideally situated, with view on the Ciudadela Park, one of the main of the city, you can enjoy by crossing the road.
The building is from end of nineteenth century, designed by architect Fontsere as other works for the 1888 Barcelona World Fair.
The flat has 90 square meters, full equiped (dishwasher, washmachine, washdryer, air conditioned, oven, blue ray/DVD, videoprojector, wifi, and toys for kids!).
It has been completely renewed in 2011, but keeping most of the original "Suelo Hidraulico" floors and the 3m50 high roofs. Appart from bathroom, all rooms have at least one window.
There is one double bed, 1 single bed and 1 baby bed. Then eventually futons can be added for more people.The flat and neighbours are quiet.
Smoking is allowed on the balcony only, but this is convenient all the year thanks to Barcelona's wheather.
We are at the 3rd floor, there is a lift but only from the 1st floor.

Only by walking, you are at 15 mn from the beach.
Several Museums like Picasso, Chocolate, Pre-Colombian Art, Textile... at 5 mn.
Ciudadela Park just by crossing the street, with areas for children (and a free ludoteca), and the Barcelona Zoo. Santa Maria del Mar church at 5 mn. Cathedral at 10 mn. A lot of restaurants, bars and fashion shops are famous in our Born area. Santa Catarina traditional food market at 10 mn, and many more!

Access is easy: 20 mn from Barcelona airport by Taxi (around 28€), 10 mn walking from Estación del Norte Bus Station, where buses from Girona Airport (Ryanair) stop. 2 mn by walking from Estación de Francia train station with direct connection to Barcelona Airport.

We are a spanish/french family of 4 people: Olivia, 1 year old cute lttle girl, Sacha, 4 years big boy, Yolanda (38) the mum who is Cultural Manager, and Sébastien (39) who is Sourcing Manager.
These last years we slowed down on holidays to take care of our babies, and we would be very excited to exchange our flat with yours!
