Our Home
We live in a newly renovated three story home, which includes a large kitchen, gas fireplace. The third floor is the Masters suite retreat with a huge ensuite bathroom, including jacuzzi tub and rainfall shower. The bedroom also boasts a large, walk out balcony, which is a great spot to have a glass of wine in the evening on a summer night. One of the other bedrooms also includes an en-suite bathroom with a full bathtub. We have hardwood floors throughout the house, high ceilings and a couple of chandeliers.Toys and child safety measures are already built in. If you have a baby, a crib is available. We also have a top of the line treadmill in the basement.
Our Neighborhood
We are located in the Annex neighbourhood in downtown Toronto, 2 blocks from the subway and Bloor Sreet. You can easily walk to the Royal Ontario Museum, The University of Toronto, the Bata Shoe Museum as well as the trendy Yorkville neighborhood, which is home to many upscale stores and restaurants. There are several parks in the neighbourhood as well as a skating rink, which is 2 blocks away. The area is filled with great grocery stores, including several organic ones. One organic food co-op is directly behind our garage.

We are eagerly looking for destinations for the summer of 2013. We would also be interested in last minute exchanges over school holidays or long weekends.

About Us
We are a quiet family of 4. Josh and Leah are entrepreneurs in the tech and media space. We have an 8-year old son and a one year old daughter. Since we have children, we are more likely to want to travel during regular school holidays.
