Nice roomy apartment on the 5. floor approximately 200 m2 including 3 balconies. From the balconies there are 180 degree views over the Mediterranean. The apartment has Nordic furnishings and pale marble floors. Open kitchen and spacious lounge with cable TV. The kitchen is very well equipped. The living room and balconies are overlooking the large poolarea and pool bar.There are 3 bedrooms, 2 with access to balcony. Master bedroom with seperate bathroom. Guest room with double bed, cable TV and PS2. Children's room is in seperate beds and without access to balcony. We also have a babys bed in the apartment. The apartment has 2 bathrooms, one with shower only, and the other with both shower and spa tub.The apartment is located in a complex with 24 hour security, and with its own tunnel to the beach. The complex has a total of 160 apartments. The complex has a hamam (Turkish bath), sauna, massage, small gym, tennis court, table tennis and a free wireless network. There is a compulsory cleaning fee around 32 euro when leaving the apartment. Private pick up service in the airport to the resort 4 persons euro 55, 6 persons euro 65. A/C in all rooms. We have just bought 2 MTB´s - so you can enjoy a ride in the mountains or along the beach.

DENMARK:
Our house in Denmark is 25 minutes from the city center of Copenhagen. The house is situated in Rungsted Kyst, a nice and quiet up scale neighbourhood close to the coastside.

You can drive to Sweden in 1 hour, or you can take a ferry to Oslo, Norway from Copenhagen citycenter. 3 hours drive to 'Legoland' and 2 hours drive to H.C. Andersens house in Odense city.

Walking distance (20 min.) to beach and marina. At the marina there are several restaurants and pleasant summer atmosphere. Next to the marina you will find the home (and museum) of Karen Blixen.


Direct trains south to Copenhagen City (20-25 min) - and to the north to the Louisiana Art Museum (in Humlebæk) and Kronborg, Hamlet's castle in Helsinore.. Railway station within 1500 m.

Our house is 270 m2, including 100 m2 basement. We have 5 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. The house shares a small private lake with ten other houses.

The apartment is situated in a small town called Tosmur. From Tosmur you can go to Alanys citycenter in 15 minutes with the local busses. The bus system in Turkey is very well working and very cheap.

In Tosmur you can find lokal restaurants, supermarkeds, a lokal marked two times weekly, with all the fresh fruit and vegetables you can dream of!


In the old town of Alanya you find many old houses, towers and mosques, as well as a nice small harbour. At the waterfront there are plenty of friendly bars, tea-houses, cafes and restaurants with an excellent range of international and traditional cuisine.

High above Alanya you find an impressive 14-th century citadel. Within its walls are quaint houses, mosques and a Byzantine church decorated with frescoes. There are twisting narrow alleyways tempting shoppers with their colourful boutiques and stalls of cheese-cloth dresses, carpets, copper and jewellery.

Below the citadel you find sea caves and grottoes. Some can only be reached by boat but you can walk up to the most famous, Damlatas or "Cape of Dripping Stones". The beautiful cave has a host of impressive stalactites and stalagmites with a moist warm atmosphere said to benefit asthma sufferers.

As well as its cultural and historical sights, Alanya has an unbeatable beach life too. Beautiful sandy Cleopatra beach lies to the west of the resort while the fine sands of Alanya beach stretch to the east.

The apartment is our 2. home, so the exchange does not have to be in the same periode.

We are a happy family living in Denmark 25 km north from Copenhagen. Mum (Soes, 43 years) is not working, dad (Jacob, 43 years) is head of communication. Jacob is allergic to cat. We have two well-behaved children, Laurits (boy) 14 years old, and Fie (girl), 11 years old. We have a small Jack Russel, she stays with my parents in Denmark, when we go for a holiday. We have been in Turkey in almost every singel holiday now for 7 years, but now we would like to see the rest of the world. We love to travel! I (Soes) love to walk in the nature, Laurits is a swimmer and Fie attend figur iceskating. Jacob loves to ride his bike - he often ride his bike home from his job in Copenhagen.
