Four bedroom home with large deck and garden.
Bedrooms:
1st bedroom - sunny, airy space with a twin bed. Small loft could be another sleeping area. Perfect for kids.
2nd bedroom - quiet, lovely room with TV, queen bed.
3rd bedroom - on lower floor, twin bed
4th bedroom - on lower floor, very private, queen bed
Living Area:
Open, sunny, and airy, looks out to garden, piano, computer, stereo
Kitchen/Dining:
Big fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher. Table seats 6 very comfortably. Open onto deck.
Upstairs Bath: Tub/shower
Outdoor Space: Deck with lovely table and chairs. Yard is a great play space with a swing, a beautiful cherry blossom tree, fire pit, and ping pong table.
Basement Level:
Contains two of the bedrooms, a mud room where four bikes are kept, a tv room, bathroom (shower) and washer/dryer.

Our Neighborhood
Windsor Terrace is an up and coming neighborhood next to Park Slope and Prospect Park. We have been here 13 years and in that time we have had new establishments open within a block. They include two new food venues- the Brooklyn Commune and Le Paddock. Check them out on line. They are very close. Additionally, there is a new liquor store with many locally produced items available. The Prospect Park tennis courts are nearby as are horse stables for riding in the park. Prospect Park also has a zoo and lots of summer concerts. Additionally, the Botanical Gardens and the Brooklyn Museum are just across the park. We have 4 bikes and locks that will also be available. The F train gets you into Manhattan in 20 minutes and to Park Slope in 10. The G, to Williamsburg in 25 mins. Driving to lower Manhattan takes about 10 minutes. We would be open to sharing our car.

We have booked tickets to France and need a place to stay in Paris from 7/26-8/1.
We need a place in London from 8/1-8/5.

About Us
I am a high school history teacher and my wife is a school librarian. We have two children, a 15 boy and a 10 year old girl. Our house has lots of books and its fair share of gaming systems. We have a guinea pig that we would be happy to have you care for, but it is not required! We love our house and neighborhood.
