Large apartment with a balcony giving a great view on the main monuments of Paris.
It is comfortably furnished with modern appliances. Bedroom has a queen-sized bed and living room provides a comfortable double sofa-bed.
Close (100 meters) to the Montsouris Park (probably the most pleasant and peaceful park in Paris. The Direct train (RER B) to the airport at about 150 meters.

Our Neighborhood
Our home is located in the south east of Paris, very closed to "parc Monsouris" and "Buttes aux cailles" area.
It's a very peaceful and quite apartment and place. An appreciated feature when visiting Paris.
Our home is a short walk (5 minutes) to banks, post office, bakeries, restaurants, bars, pharmacy, supermarket, foods and wine shops.
Using the Rer B (regional train crossing Paris from north to south), you'll get to Notre Dame de Paris cathedral (that symbolizes the very center of Paris) in about 10 minutes. "Cité universitaire" station is at 5 minutes from the apartment.
Until now, I didn't use "home exchange" but "home link". So I'm a new user of this web site.
But in fact, I exchanged this apartment with american people several times. My neighbors are friends and they will welcome you warmly.
It's a very peaceful and quite apartment and place. An appreciated feature when visiting Paris.
