Our apartment was completely refurbished 6 years ago. It is at the upper floor (5th) of the building, it is completely wooden floored and features a dining room with a kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a very large veranda .

The dining room has a very comfortable sofa and a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a dining table for 8 people. The kitchen has an oven, a microwave, a coffee machine for filter coffee, a Nespresso machine, a large freeze and a drawer dishwasher. The first bedroom is the children's room and it has bunk beds (2 single beds) which can be used by both children and adults and one small bed for babies and toddlers (from 1 years old to 6). A baby cot can also be provided if needed. The room has a variety of toys and children's stuff.

The other bedroom is also very comfortable and it has a king size bed with "tempur" mattress.

Our veranda is very big with green plants and can be used for lounging and dining (has a dining table and 6 chairs) when the weather permits it. It has a safety net for the children.

A second apartment (80 square meters) can also be used at the same building at the 4th floor during the summer months (from 15/06 until 30/08).

Cleaning service could be provided daily upon request (our Greek daily cleaner).

The location of our apartment is considered to be one of its best advantages, since it is located in the northern suburbs of Athens, the most charming, quietest, safest and prestigious suburbs of Athens.It is 5 min walk from the Proastiakos station called "KIFISSIAS" which is connected with the metro and the city electric train and you can be right to the centre of Athens in 10 minutes. Plus, taking the Proastiakos train from the Airport of Athens you are straight to our KIFISSIAS station !

The building is only 200 meters from the crossroad Kifissias Avenue & Attiki Odos. Our Street (where our building is situated) is a quiet street, full of trees and modern buildings. At the same time is very close to Kifissias Avenue and Attiki Odos (Exit 11) from which you come straight, economically and very easily from the Airport. It is approximately 10 kilometers away from the center of Athens but Kifissias Avenue is one of the most central Avenues of Athens with a variety of transports. You can visit the historical center of Athens every day with not a high cost but at the same time stay away from it avoiding the noise, possible demonstrations and risks of the center of Athens.

Marousi is very popular to tourists and locals because it hosts the three biggest and most prestigious malls in Athens :THE GOLDEN HALL", the "MALL" and the "AVENUE" for the best shopping in Athens! Our apartment is extremely close to all the abovementioned malls. Some of them are in a walking distance.

The building at the back side has a wonderful common used garden.

The apartment has two parking seats (or three parking seats during the summer months) in the building.

We are looking for a long weekend to Paris in October 2012

We would like to travel to Paris the first weekend of October (or other weekend in October) with our children. We have been to Paris before but we'd love to take our children to Disneyland.

We are Villy and Yiannis and we have two daughters. We are both lawyers and we both work in the center of Athens. We love travelling. We have travelled a lot in the past but now that we have the kids we would like to visit places without spending a fortune in accommodation or without carrying all the kids necessary stuff. We are mostly interested in long weekends exchanges or weekly exchanges.
