Beautiful classic English Tudor home located in Mill Valley 10 minutes drive from Golden Gate bridge and 15 minutes from famous Muir Beach with its black sand. Large sunny deck with fantastic views of the bay, Alcatraz and Angel Island. Large kitchen, equipped with gas stove, oven, dishwasher and breakfast area. Formal dining room and high beam spacious living room with the modern glass wall, facing the deck. Traditional wood burning fireplace. Flower filled garden has pear trees, full of fruit in August. Upstairs there are two bedrooms. Large Master bedroom with queen size bed has high ceiling and spectacular views of the valley and the bay. Second bedroom has a large wooden bunk bed queen size above and optional double bed below, built in desk and the secret space in the back, very loved by my daughter. Master bathroom upstairs has two sinks and bathtub with shower. Downstairs there is additional bedroom/office which has a sofa, but the double bed can be easily placed there if there is a need. Full bathroom downstairs has a bathtub with shower. Washer and dryer is in garage. There is one adult bike, one child bike ( will fit 7-9 year old) and several Razor scooters (fitting 5-10 year old) and a lot of different toys, including hi tech talking robot. House comes with the car to take advantage of all the amazing places to visit nearby, whether you are interested in cultural events of San Francisco or unique mountain trails. Trip to hidden location, local hot springs on the beach, is included in this exchange, if there is an interest. Free delivery of fresh local organic seasonal fruits and vegetables once a week.

House is located on a quiet cul-de-sac on top of the hill, only 6 min from major highway. You can observe the birds of prey from the sunny deck, watch the fog rolling in the valley just below, and look at the sailboats on the bay from the living room couch. Muir Beach with its famous black sand is 15 minutes away, Stinson beach is 30 minutes away. Local hidden treasure spot, hot springs on the beach are 20 minutes away, and the guided tour there is included in this exchange. 15 minutes drive to San Francisco, the most unique and the least American city in US. The car is included and equipped with Fastrack, free toll pass to go through any local bridge, San Francisco, Berkeley or Bay Bridge to East Bay area. Mill Valley is a charming town with strong European feel, children playing on a town square, variety of great cafe and restaurants (Italian, Sushi, French fusion, Indian), supermarkets, boutiques, and local theater company along with a movie theater. Farmers market on Tuesday is 5 minutes drive from the house.

Our summer exchange for 2013 is not set yet. Opened to any destinations for July or August 2013, but inclined to Europe (Spain, Portugal, Greece, Italy, any place near the beach with swimming temperatures), South America, Hawaii.

Looking forward to exchange during July and August 2013 for two to three weeks. Prefer simultaneous exchange, but not simultaneous is possible.
