Sunny Desert Vacation home in gated community of Indian Palms Country Club, Indio California. Palm Springs airport is 45 minute drive away or L.A. International is 2 hours drive. Spending weekends or vacation time in this Valley means plenty of warm sun, cool nights, golf, tennis, cycling, hiking, swimming, shopping, and endless great deal happy hours in beautiful restaurants. The valley hosts the Indian Wells Tennis tournament BNP, Bob Hope humana Challenge Golf, Kraft Nabisco Golf, Coachella Valley & Desert Trails Hiking Clubs, Art festivals, Hot Rod & Antique Car Shows, International Dog Show, Coachella Music Festival, Stage Coach Country Music Festival, Sunday Polo and much more. We are located one block from the Polo Grounds, 45 minutes to downtown Palm Springs, 10 minutes to La Quinta & Indian Wells.

We are in the newer section of our complex, google Indian Palms Country Club to see some of the facilities like fitness gym, restaurant, golf, and we have the use of three different pool. The complex is one mile square so even a bike ride or .walk inside the complex is a nice outing. We like to bike to La Quinta to the market or for coffee, but mostly we drive everywhere else we go. You do need a car in this Valley but the road systems are good.
Kamloops B.C. Canada is where our 3000 sq ft view home is located in the heart of the beautiful Interior of British Columbia. Our Sunpeaks townhouse is fully equipped and rents for $150.00 to $200.00 a night to friends and family. Great skiing, 45 minutes from Kamloops, 4 hours from Vancouver. Email me for more details.

We have two other homes on in Kamloops British Columbia Canada and one at SunPeaks Ski Resort. All three places are open to exchanges at different times and pictures can be sent upon request.

The summers here in Indio are too hot to do an exchange so Sept to May is optimal, but we are usually there from Nov to April. Week in San Deigo during this time would be great!
Victoria or Vancouver, Salt Spring would be great thru the summer to exchange our Kamloops home, or Sunpeaks wildflowers and hiking!
A trip to Europe would be a dream in the late summer or early Fall.

We are retired from Teaching & Real Estate and have been coming to the Valley for 4 years now. We also have a home on the ski hill in Sunpeaks and a large home in Kamloops B.C. Canada that are open to home exchange.
At the moment we have two old dogs (Retriever & Lhasa Apso...12 & 14) but can make arrangements depending on where we are at the time. We would love to do some weekend home exchanges in Victoria & Salt Spring or one week or more if in Europe. Love San Diego, Quebec, London England, Victoria, Vancouver, Salt Spring......and would love to see Paris, South France, just about anywhere!
