Luxury large apartment in the heart of Rome. The apartment has parquet everywhere and features a large elegant living room and a dining room furnished with a mix of traditional and modern.
Our master bedroom has a nice balcony overlooking the very quiet internal courtyard, with a treadmill for you to keep in shape. We have two large bedrooms with plenty of sunlight and two full bathrooms. Spacious eat in kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave and large fridge.

Our Neighborhood
Our apartment is located in Pairoli, the most elegant neighborough in Rome and is 15 minutes walk from Via Veneto and “the dolce vita”, the Spanish Steps and the Via Condotti shopping area. Villa Borghese and other Villas are less than 5 minutes, where you can relax, jog, play ball or visit the beautiful Galleria Borghese Museum. Buses and tramway can take you within a few stops everywhere: Colosseo, San Pietro, Fori Imperiali, Trevi Fountain, ecc.
At night you can easily reach Trastevere or Testaccio for plenty of nice italian restaurants where you can find the best pasta and pizza in town and a great nightlife. In our neighborough very close to our house there are also many family owned great places to eat and not turistic at all.
Of course we'll give you all the tips and suggetions for you to enjoy as much as possible your stay living as romans and avoiding the usual turistic places/traps.
At night you can easily reach Trastevere or Testaccio for plenty of nice italian restaurants where you can find the best pasta and pizza in town and a great nightlife. In our neighborough very close to our house there are also many family owned great places to eat and not turistic at all.
Of course we'll give you all the tips and suggetions for you to enjoy as much as possible your stay living as romans and avoiding the usual turistic places/traps.

Flat screen TV in every room with satellite TV, free WiFi in the whole house, stereo, PS2 and Wii for you and your kids to play with. Mac PC available for you to use.
We can also trade our cars: Toyota Yaris (in Rome you need a small car!!) or FIAT/Dodger Journey. Also our mopeds and bikes are available for you to use (always wear a helmet).
We are a non-smoking household.

My wife Roberta and I (Federico) are in the mid forties and we have two well behaved, respectful daughters in grade school: Elena (15) and Michela (13).
While I work for a distributor of medical devices, my wife is a financial analyst at the stock exchange authority.
We all love sports: skiing, tennis, volleyball and jogging. We enjoy travelling and discoverying new cultures. Food and wine lovers we enjoy nature as well as historical sites, leaving, during our vacation, our hurried busy schedules to learn about new places and cultures.
As this is our primary home where we live in, for our exchenges we have to plan accordng too our daughters' school schedule. This means Christmas and summer period only.
