Our Home
Large apartment , 6 rooms very comfortable,160 square meters, at the 2nd floor of a calm and family building, in the centre of Paris, in the 9th area. Large living room and dining room with piano.Very well located between Opera, Galeries Lafayette, Moulin Rouge and Montmartre, 3 lines of subway at 5 minutes walking, bus stop at 20 meters, cinemas and theaters very close. 7/11 open food store next to our building. Hispanic couple of concierge in the entrance of the building. Double windows in each bedrooms for quiet nights. Balcony.
Our Neighborhood
Our neighborhood is the one of department stores (Galeries Lafayette), Opera Garnier, Saint Lazare station (for Normandy), Moulin Rouge,Theaters, cinemas (place de Clichy) and restaurants. We live in the part of 9th "arrondissement" called "quartier Saint-Georges" where lived very famous artists, musicians and authors at the end of 19th century (Chopin, Berlioz, Offenbach,Victor Hugo, Georges Sand...). To go shopping we have the choice between rue Lepic market, next to Montmartre hill and rue des Martyrs market. The Museum Le Louvre is at 15 minutes by bus .

About Us
We are a family of 6 people. Laure 48, financial director, Francois 48, partner and manager in a BtoB web site, Alice 20, student in a Business school, Gustave 18, beginning architect high school, Martin 16 and Emma 12 at school. We practice music (Francois is baryton in a vocal group, Gustave studies cello, Martin plays guitar and Emma the piano). We ride bicycles to go to work or shopping. Laure likes gardening on her balcony many plants and flowers. Our neighbours are also families with children .
