Spacious house/duplex with a large garden and panoramic view over Oslo fjord

We have a charming home located on the west side of Oslo just minutes to go to the Holmenkollen ski jump, in the upscale Holmenkollen community. From the whole building you can overlook Oslo city and Oslo fjord.
We have a spacious house with a huge living room and a new cozy kitchen on the main floor, five bedrooms and beautiful bathroom on the second floor and own playing room for kinds on the ground floor. It has a washing machine and a tumble dryer. We have 2 adult bicycles and 2 small child bicycles

Our garden is approximately 1000 square meters with a large lawn ideal for family fun, BBQing and sports. It's unique for its proximity to the city center, it only takes 10 minutes by car or 20 minutes by subway and you're downtown in the Oslo city center. At the same time you are also close to a large lake, Bogstadvannet where you can swim, play and relax on the beach. The ocean is 15 minute drive away. If you enjoy hiking, the Nordmarka forest is 5 minutes away. The house is ideal for a family who wants the proximity to the big city buzz and at the same time tranquility and peace.

Norway is famous for its fascinating and dramatic nature. Oslo with its changing landscape of mountains, beautiful coastline, fjord and archipelago, is a perfect place to start exploring Norway. Outside the house you will find unspoiled nature and lovely walking/biking trails and within minutes drive you can reach spectacular golf courses and beaches by the Oslo fjord.

Oslo has also everything to offer to the big city visitors. It is a modern city containing museums, gourmet restaurants, shops, beautiful parks and interesting, even unique, architecture.
